Collaborative Development With Tangible Results

Nonprofit development doesn’t happen in isolation. It succeeds when fundraising, programs, leadership, and communications are aligned.

My training in nonprofit management through UNC Greensboro allows me to collaborate inside organizations with clarity and respect for institutional realities—budget constraints, staffing capacity, governance structures, and accountability to community and funders.

My role is often connective: helping teams translate program impact into funder-ready language and ensuring development efforts reflect on-the-ground realities.

Team Meeting

II have experience partnering with:

  • Executive Directors and senior leadership

  • Program teams translating impact into outcomes

  • Communications staff aligning messaging with fundraising goals

  • Boards and advisors engaged in resource development

Whether embedded as staff or supporting a team during transition, my goal is to strengthen internal capacity, not replace it.
