Vision

A Future Where Creativity, Culture & Community Thrive Together

I believe the creative economy and Rainbow communities are perfect natural allies. Both are co-creators of a more just, vibrant world. Both are fueled by perseverance, imagination, and a collective longing for transformation. In this world, I envision a society that values Gay men and other Rainbow people as vital contributors, honors our creative heritage, and restores the respect our ancestors once held for us.

Today’s mainstream LGBTQIA+ community often centers around affirming sexual and gender identities while combating discrimination.

While these efforts are noble and even essential, defining ourselves solely in opposition to bigotry and hate can limit our understanding of who we truly are.

I believe our focus should shift from seeking validation in the eyes of others to celebrating and cultivating the richness of our own unique shared cultural heritage.

My work seeks to restore the fullness of our culture as Rainbow people. Gay, as it applies to men who love men, is more than a descriptor of sexual orientation. (This is also true for other members of the various Rainbow communities as well.) By sociological standards, Gay is an actual culture — complete with shared values, symbols, rituals, language, and norms. This heritage is expressed through:

  • Values & Beliefs — Equality, self-expression, chosen family, and personal freedom.

  • Symbols — From the Pride flag to lavender languages, like Polari, and other forms of coded connection.

  • Rituals — “Coming out,” drag performance, Pride marches, and community rites of passage.

  • Myths & Legends — The stories of our liberation movements, cultural icons, and artistic innovators, even traditional mythologies from around the world speak this truth.

  • Grow Funding & Reach — Partner with nonprofits to design and implement sustainable funding strategies.

  • Launch Creative Economy Initiatives — Create programs that empower LGBTQIA+ artists and strengthen cultural ecosystems.

  • Turn Stories into Strategy — Transform mission-driven narratives into tools for fundraising, advocacy, and public engagement.

  • Center Culture & Community — Co-design programs with boards, leadership teams, and creatives that honor identity and lived experience.

  • Drive Sustainability — Build diversified revenue streams and governance models that ensure long-term growth.

  • Through Poetry as a Service (PaaS) — Amplify voices. and craft narratives that connect heritage, identity, and movement.

When acknowledged as culture, Rainbow communities move from the margins into being part of the core narrative. By embracing more about ourselves than just the fight, we showcase to the world a culture rich with ancestral knowledge, expressive rituals, and resilient community, something to be respected and considered.

By weaving culture into strategy and creativity into power, we can foster ecosystems that are financially sound, justice-oriented, and soulful as well as liberated.

If you’re ready to align vision with impact, let’s make your dream a reality.
